Terms of Service

Conditions governing access to and use of the Advanceswimschool corporate training platform.

1. Purpose and Acceptance of Terms

This document establishes the legal conditions that regulate access, navigation, and use of the Advanceswimschool platform, owned by Advanceswimschool S.A., with registered address at Josefina 406, Argentina. By registering or using any of the S.W.I.M. learning modules, the user fully accepts these terms.

The platform offers courses and training materials in ERP system integration aimed exclusively at engineers and technology sector professionals in the B2B corporate environment. Use of the content is conditional upon unreserved acceptance of all clauses included herein.

2. Registration and User Responsibilities

To access the training modules, each user must register by providing truthful and complete information. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials and for all activities carried out under their account.

  • Do not share access credentials with unauthorized third parties.
  • Immediately notify any unauthorized use of your account via email at info@advanceswimschool.com.
  • Use the materials solely for internal professional training purposes.

Advanceswimschool reserves the right to suspend or cancel the access of any user who fails to comply with these obligations, without prejudice to any legal actions that may be taken.

3. Intellectual Property and License to Use

All content, including texts, graphics, logos, diagrams, sample code, methodologies, and teaching materials, are the exclusive property of Advanceswimschool or its licensors. The user receives a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access said content for the duration of their corporate subscription.

The following are expressly prohibited:

  • Reproducing, distributing, or publicly communicating the materials without prior written authorization.
  • Modifying, decompiling, or reverse engineering the software or technical examples provided.
  • Using the content for commercial purposes other than the internal training of the contracting organization.
4. Platform Obligations

Advanceswimschool commits to maintaining the platform operational with a reasonable level of availability, carrying out scheduled maintenance tasks that will be communicated in advance to corporate users. The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted availability in the event of network failures, external attacks, or force majeure.

The company reserves the right to update training modules, modify the structure of courses, or remove obsolete content, provided that this does not substantially affect the program contracted by the corporate client.

5. Limitation of Liability

The materials and technical examples provided are for educational purposes only. Advanceswimschool is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the application of such knowledge in production environments without proper validation by the client's engineering team.

In no event shall the aggregate liability of Advanceswimschool for claims related to the service exceed the total amount paid by the corporate client during the six months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

The platform shall not be liable for data loss, business interruption, or loss of profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Cancellation Policy and Modification of Terms

The corporate client may cancel their subscription at any time by written notice to info@advanceswimschool.com. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period, with no right to a refund for unused time.

Advanceswimschool reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will be notified to corporate users at least 15 days in advance via the registered email address. Continued use of the platform after the changes take effect will imply acceptance of the new terms.

If the user does not agree with the modifications, they must cancel their subscription before the effective date of the changes.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute arising in connection with the service shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
